All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to search.
Safety Requirements
- Children 6 and under must wear life vests in water areas, regardless of swimming ability.
- Proper swim attire is required to enter the water.
- Lewd or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited. The use or possession of illegal substances or solicitation of any product or services is forbidden. Respectful interactions between guests and employees are mandatory.
- The Resort reserves the right to eject or trespass anyone whose behavior, language, or clothing does not meet our standards.
Prohibited Actions and Items
- No food is allowed in the pool, splash pad, or water slide areas.
- No diving or extended breath-holding activities are allowed.
Prohibited Items
- Outside food, drinks, or liquids (including water bottles of any kind)
- Empty bottles are allowed for filling at water stations.
- Coolers/ice chests
- Personal lawn chairs or tables
- Diving toys, snorkels, “floaties,” or other flotation devices (US Coast Guard-approved life jackets are allowed)
- Pets
- Glassware
- Speakers
- Vitamins/supplements
- Party props (except pre-approved items at reserved cabanas)
- Seat saving (Seats saved for more than 20 minutes without occupants may have items removed)
- Over-the-counter and prescription medications (except some prescription medicine in its original, unexpired, and unadulterated container, in the name matching your government-issued photo ID, and not requiring refrigeration—please ask for a Security Supervisor for details)
- Tobacco products, including e-cigarettes
- Weapons of any kind
- Controlled substances
- Marijuana products (in any form, including vapes and edibles)
Safety Policy
To Maximize Your Enjoyment:
- Children must be supervised by a responsible parent or guardian at all times.
- Children should never be left unattended.
- No running.
- No diving.
- No pushing or shoving.
- Remember to use sunscreen.
- Swim with a buddy.
Notice of Filming
This venue is being used for photography and video/audio recording in connection with promotional and publicity campaigns, including but not limited to use on social media. By being present in this venue, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded and grant permission for your likeness, image, and/or voice to be included without compensation, credit, or other consideration.
Proper attire required – dress code strictly enforced
Prohibited Clothing Items:
- Chains
- Offensive prints on clothing
- Risqué, see-through, or indecent clothing
- Proper swim attire is required to enter the water
Management reserves all rights
Management reserves the right to make final determinations regarding all venue policies, including but not limited to attire, appropriate behavior, and prohibited items. Guests who disregard venue policies or do not comply with management decisions may be asked to leave the venue and will not be entitled to a refund.
